Panda Toolkit - Privacy Policy

1. About Panda Toolkit

Panda Toolkit is a private personal tool used to help manage files and folders in a Google Drive folder used for online shop operations.

The application is intended for personal use by the developer and is not offered as a public service.

2. Google Account and Google Drive Access

Panda Toolkit uses Google OAuth to obtain permission to access Google Drive.

The application may access the Google Drive files and folders necessary to perform its functions, including locating the "ONLINE SHOP" folder, identifying active date folders, counting PDF files, renaming folders, and deleting PDF files when the Reset Resi function is used.

Panda Toolkit does not access or use Google Drive data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

3. Information We Access

Depending on the functions being used, Panda Toolkit may access:

Google account authorization information required to authenticate the application.
Names and identifiers of Google Drive folders and files needed by the application.
PDF file information inside the designated "ONLINE SHOP" folder.

Panda Toolkit does not intentionally collect personal information contained inside unrelated Google Drive files.

4. How Google Data Is Used

Google Drive data is used only to provide the functions of Panda Toolkit.

Find the "ONLINE SHOP" folder.
Identify the active date folder.
Count PDF files in the GRAB and REGULAR folders.
Rename the active folder when requested.
Delete PDF files when the user explicitly activates the Reset Resi function.

5. Storage of Authorization Information

To allow Panda Toolkit to remain connected to Google Drive without requiring the user to authorize the application every time it is opened, the application may store OAuth authorization information required to obtain new access tokens.

This authorization information is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure used by Panda Toolkit and is not stored as plain text in the application interface.

Panda Toolkit does not store the user's Google password.

6. Sharing of Information

Panda Toolkit does not sell, rent, or share Google Drive data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Google Drive data is processed only as necessary for the functions described in this Privacy Policy and through the services required to operate the application, including Google APIs and Cloudflare infrastructure.

7. Data Security

Panda Toolkit uses HTTPS for communication with the application and Google APIs.

OAuth authorization information stored by the application's server infrastructure is protected using Cloudflare's available security mechanisms.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Authorization information is retained only for as long as it is needed to maintain the application's connection to Google Drive.

The user may revoke Panda Toolkit's access to Google Drive at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Google Drive files are not automatically deleted by Panda Toolkit. Files are deleted only when the user explicitly uses the Reset Resi function.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application or its data practices change.

The latest version will always be published on this page.
